Urban Outfitters

A pea in its pod

I hadn’t worn this emerald silk sleeveless green dress for a very long time, but with a very warm cardi and my vintage-like jacket, I wasn’t cold at all.
Like a pea in its pod, wrapped up in my peacock blue woolen scarf, I was able to defy the November  fresh kiss ! I surprised myself beginning a collection of dead leaves, different shapes & sizes, which I tidy up in books to smooth them… Stay GREEN !!

Sparkling Diamonds

Aaaaah, this Louche London turquoise dress….A whole story!
To make it short, imagine that I had spotted it first in London, this summer, during our last morning of visit / shopping in Covent Garden.
In spite of my real crush on its color, its Peter Pan collar and its small details of pleated fabric, I had not torn: the fault in 3 and a half days spent in the capital of Temptations (shopping, food…)
What a surprise to see it delightfully offered to me by the brand after my e-mail-request : « When do you plan a corner of the brand in France? »
Sincerly, I was hysteric with joy and I wore it a lot before presenting it to you here, finally.
Moreover it’s very simple : absolutely all the Louche collection is charming, typically british and to discover it, the eshop is > here <!!! (There are clothes for men too, I’m a real fan!)

Woolen Fall

What recently strucked me, in the public transports, is the pretty high percentage of people wearing black!
Why, when the cold returns with the seasonal greyness, do we more have to assist this sad parade of dark and depressing outfits?
I’m 300 % against the total black look (or grey) without at least a touch of color to cheer up the set. I’m not afraid to wear several colors at the same time : ok, it’s cold outside, but gloomy outfits, no thank you!
What about you girls : do you wear some colors during fall/ winter?

Urban Outfitters Opening in Brussels

Last Thursday, with Margot, we jumped into Thalys to spend the day in Brussels and be present at the opening of the first Urban Outfitters store of the city!
Formerly, this magnificent 2-storeyed building (+ a basement) used to be a store of decoration and ancient furniture.
Completely relooked in the « trendy teenager » style : the mouldings, the golden handles and the pastel colors walls, were added some steel bars by way of carrying to clothes, from the ground to the ceiling.
Abstract, trendy, straight in the deco « mix & match »
trend : we feel good in this huge store.
So although the time took off and that except for a small bend obliged at Dille and Kamille (charming store of decoration where everything is more than cheap), we had a fantastic day!
Thanks to Lubna and Stephanie :)

Dans le Thalys, telles Mercedes & Jeanine ;)
