Oui : « C »rémaillère.

Nous avons décidé que notre crémaillère serait déguisée, et que le thème serait la lettre C.

Nous sommes ravis que TOUT LE MONDE ait joué le jeu, nous avons passé une soirée très fun, et découvert que nous avions des voisins extraordinairement patients et sympas (pas une plainte, pas un coup de balai au plafond

Aperçu des déguisements de nos invités, qui s’étaient tous surpassés en ingéniosité et en folklore!

Yes: « C » for our housewarming party (Crémaillère in french).
We decided that our party would be disguised, and that the theme would be the letter C.
We are delighted that EVERYBODY played the game, we spent a very funny evening, and discovered that we had extraordinarily patient and nice neighbors (no complaint, no knock of broom in the ceiling

Perceived of the disguises of our guests, who all surpassed in ingenuity and folklore!

Rien de tel que le weekend pour buller! haha

Je suis complètement ravie de porter ce jupon, qui appartenait à ma mamie dans les années 50.

Il est presque comme neuf, et je le trouve très seyant, actuel avec ce joli rose pâle « poudré ».

Et pour rester dans le méga vintage : j’ai reçu en cadeau de mon autre grand-mère une ravissante montre en or, toute fine, qu’elle a eue de sa grand-mère (!!!)

Il faut la remonter, elle fait un très joli « tic tac » quand on colle son oreille, et moi qui ne porte jamais de montre, je crois bien que c’est le moment!

I’m completely delighted to wear this underskirt, which belonged to my grandma in the 50′s.
It’s almost as new, and I find it very trendy with this attractive pink pale color.

And to stay in the vintage : I received in present from my other grandmother, a charming golden little watch, which she had from her grandmother (!!!)
It’s necessary to go back up it, it makes a very attractive » trick tap » when we stick the ear to, and as I never wear) a watch, I consider that it’s the right moment!

Ce masque de Batman est pour les enfants de 4 ans et +…héhé
Il m’a inspiré cette série en noir & blanc (ce que je n’affectionne pas particulièrement) mais là ça fonctionnait bien.

Bon, en revanche ça n’ira pas pour ma prochaine soirée déguisée, dont le thème est « C »…je vous laisse me donner vos idées, bien qu’ayant déjà ma petite idée sur le déguisement que j’adopterai

This Batman mask is for the 4-year-old children and +…haha
It inspired me this series in black & white (what I don’t like most of the time) but there, that worked well.

Well, on the other hand that won’t fit for my next disguised evening, the theme is « C »…
I let you give myself your ideas, although already having my idea on the disguise I shall adopt

J’ai ressorti et rafistolé ma coiffe d’indienne, offerte par mon copain à Noël de l’année dernière.
Elle est très fragile et nécessite beaucoup de soin lors de sa manipulation et de rester hors de portée d’un chat….^^
J’aurais adoré être une Sioux.

I rereleased and patched up my headgear of Indian, offered by my boyfriend for last year Christmas.
It’s very fragile and requires a lot of care during its manipulation and to stay out of reach of a cat… ^^
I would have loved being a Sioux.

Cette couronne vient d’Indonésie, je crois, rapportée par mes beaux-parents d’un de leur voyage, jadis.
Ce sont les coiffes que portent les danseuses de legong (ou de barong?) durant les spectacles.

This crown comes from Indonesia, I believe, brought back by my parents-in-law of one of their journey, formerly.
It’s the headgears which the dancers of legong (or of barong?) wear during the shows.
