Troisième “test” d’hôtel parisien (relire mes deux précédents avis ici), cette fois dans un charmant hôtel situé sur la Butte Montmartre.
Au calme, au bout d’une allée dissimulée derrière un grille, on accède pas tellement pas hasard à L’Hôtel Particulier Montmartre. Le terme semble cliché, mais c’est un véritable havre de paix, au milieu de la verdure où, une fois dans votre chambre, vous n’entendrez rien d’autre qu’un silence apaisant…
On entre dans cet hôtel comme dans un pavillon : quelques marches, un petit couloir puis un salon feutré, au murs sombres et accumulation de cadres photos. Ici, c’est la partie salon bar et restaurant, mais ambiance cosy. Nous avions la Junior Suite Supérieure «Poèmes et chapeaux» (n°3 au 3ème étage) de 45 mètres carrés. La gamme chromatique est parfaite : noir, dégradés de gris et blanc pur. J’adore !!! Aux appliques lumineuses au-dessus du lit sont accrochées des feuilles de papier en accumulation, où l’on peut lire des poèmes d’Olivier Saillard. Quant aux lampes de chevet, elles sont ornées de chapeaux. Le nom de la Suite prend alors tout son sens…
La salle de bain est centrale, disposée entre le bureau et la chambre (réalisée par l’architecte Mathieu Paillard) la baignoire invite à un bon bain moussant, ce dont je ne me suis pas privée !
Third “test” of a Parisian hotel (read my two previous reviews here), this time in a nice hotel on the Butte Montmartre.
Quiet place, at the end of a hidden alley behind a grid, you can’t access L’Hotel Particulier Montmartre by chance. The term seems cliché, but it is a haven of peace in the middle of the green where, once in your room, you will hear nothing but a soothing silence…
One enters this hotel like a pavilion : a few steps, a small hallway and a cozy living room with dark red walls and accumulation of picture frames. Here is the cosy lounge bar and restaurant area. We had the Junior Suite Superior “Poems and hats” (#3 on the 3rd floor). The color palette is perfect : black, shades of gray and pure white. I love it !!! Above the bed, the light fixtures hang sheets of paper in accumulation, where you can read poems of Olivier Saillard. As for the lamps, they are decorated hats. Following the name then makes sense…
The bathroom is centrally located between the living-room and the bedroom (designed by the architect Mathieu Paillard) bathtube invites to a good bubble bath !

Le calme ambiant lié à la situation de l’hôtel, ce qui est vraiment non négligeable dans une grande ville comme Paris, qu’on y vienne en touriste ou qu’on y habite. Le silence est un LUXE qu’on doit savoir apprécier. Habitant sur un boulevard très passant avec du simple vitrage, je me délecte du silence dès que je le peux. La literie est également parfaite, le matelas ni trop moelleux ni trop ferme et le format king size est idéal pour faire l’étoile de mer ! Le petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux, tout était parfait : les viennoiseries, le thé, les œufs brouillés et les pancakes au sirop d’érable. J’ai mangé pour toute la journée rien qu’avec ce plateau complet !!!
La cour étant vide, j’ai pu en profiter le lendemain matin pour faire des photos de mon look. C’est joli comme endroit pour bruncher, non ?
The quiet atmosphere related to the location of the hotel, which is really important in a big city like Paris, whether you’re coming as a tourist or living there. Silence is a LUXE you need to appreciate. Living on a very busy boulevard with some single glazing, I relish the silence as soon as I can. The bedding is perfect, the mattress not too soft or too firm and king size ! The hearty and delicious breakfast, everything was perfect : pastries, tea, scrambled eggs and pancakes with maple syrup. I ate nothing for the entire day with this full tray !!!
The courtyard was empty, so I could enjoy the next morning taking some photos of my outfit. It’s nice as a place for brunch, right ?

Le petit couac de communication au sujet de l’horaire du petit déjeuner en chambre. Il y a pire que de petit déjeuner seule, mais c’est ma toute petite déception au sujet cet hôtel.
The little lack of communication about the schedule of the breakfast room. There are worse than having a breakfast alone, but this is my little disappointment with this hotel.
