Où comment mon nouveau bonnet fut le point de départ de toute ma tenue ce jour là.
Sincèrement, cela n’arrive pas tous les matins qu’un accessoire soit la base de mon inspiration; mais j’aime beaucoup fonctionner « à l’envers », comme quand j’étais petite et que j’enfilais mes bracelets en plastique et mes chaussettes avant de m’habiller…
Quant au presque total-look blanc : pas facile à porter. Pourtant j’admets être assez satisfaite de cette tenue portée la semaine dernière, juste avant qu’il ne se mette à neiger sur la France. Nous étions entre amies, et notre cible du jour fut le salon de thé « A Priori-Thé » dans la Galerie Vivienne. J’en ferai un article dédié je pense, mais j’ai vraiment une tonne de posts prévus pour le moment, car j’ai beaucoup de choses à partager avec vous ! Hâte.

Frankly, it doesn’t happen everyday that an accessory is the starting point of my inspiration, but I love working « backwards », like when I was a kid and I put on my plastic bracelets and my socks before getting dressed…
Concerning the almost all-white look : not easy to wear. But I have to admit being quite satisfied with this outfit worn last week, just before it starts snowing in France. We were between friends, and our target of the day was the tea room « A Priori-Thé » in the Galerie Vivienne. I will make a dedicated post about it I think, but I really have a ton of posts planned for the moment, because I have many things to share with you ! Can’t wait.

Matriochka

Matriochka (Mатрёшка) = poupée russe.
Je me fais penser à une de ces poupées, avec mes joues rougies par le froid et ma chapka. C’est seulement la deuxième fois que je porte ici mon sweat Kenzo tigre, mais même si c’est une pièce forte, j’ai eu envie de faire ressortir son côté « Graouuu » en le mariant à des talons imprimés panthère.
Aussi extraordinaire que cela puisse paraître, je suis sortie gambader dans la neige chevilles nues. Suite aux nombreux « Tu n’as pas froid?? » reçus sous cet Instagram, eh bien non, si je suis bien couverte partout, bizarrement je ne ressens pas trop le froid à ce niveau là. J’aime beaucoup dévoiler un peu de peau nue, en hiver : c’est un détail inattendu car quand on est emmitouflé comme un bibendum, c’est la petite touche décalée qui me plait.
En ce moment, avec ce froid et cette neige, je pense tout le temps à ceux qui n’ont pas la chance d’avoir un toit au-dessus de leur tête et aux animaux qui vivent dehors… J’espère que vous êtes au chaud en me lisant.

I think I look like one of these dolls with my cheeks reddened by the cold and my faux fur chapka. This is only the second time I wear my Kenzo sweater tiger here, but even if it’s a statement piece, I wanted to highlight its « Grrrrr » side by matching leopard printed low boots.
As extraordinary as it may seem, I am out frolicking in the snow bare ankles. Following the numerous « Aren’t you cold?? » received under this Instagram, well no, if I’m covered everywhere, strangely I don’t feel too cold here. I love reveal some bare skin in winter : this is an unexpected detail because when you are wrapped as Bibendum is the edgy touch I like.
At this point, with the cold and the snow, I think all the time about those who aren’t lucky enough to have a roof over their heads and animals that live outside… I hope you’re reading me from a warm place.

Dites bonjour à mon tout premier pantalon imprimé !
On pourrait me penser audacieuse, quant il s’agit de « mode », je me rends compte que je suis plutôt frileuse avec ce genre de tendance : ça me plait parfois, mais alors sur moi c’est inenvisageable. Je suis trop petite, pas assez élancée, ça fait tapisserie… moult prétextes récurrents à mes rares blocages : le pantalon imprimé en était un. Et puis soudain, au Vide Dressing de samedi dernier (où vous avez été nombreuses à venir, merci beaucoup!) je tombe sur ce pantalon Zara assez récent, jamais porté par Florence… J’aime l’imprimé, l’essaye dans un coin : il me va et j’en suis surprise.
Associé à un gros pull et mon nouveau manteau kaki, l’hiver n’est décidément pas ma saison préférée : on est tout engoncé, les bras boudinés pas les multiples couches de vêtements. La galère pour rester chic tout en ayant chaud.
Vous en pensez quoi de ce pantalon imprimé japonisant, sur moi ?

Say hello to my very first printed pants !
You may think I’m a kinda bold girl when it comes to « fashion », I realize that I’m rather cautious with this kind of trend, which I likesometimes, but once worn, on me it’s unthinkable. I’m too small, not slim enough, it’s tapestry like… many excuses to my rare recurring blockages : as printed pants used to be. And then suddenly, last Saturday at our Closent Cleanout event (where you were numerous to come, thank you!) I came across this relatively new Zara trousers, never been worn by Florence… I love the print, try it in a corner of the room, it fits me and I’m surprised.
Associated with a khaki sweater and my new coat, winter is definitely not my favorite season : restricted, stubby arms by multiple layers of clothing. Hassle to stay chic while being warm.

Première acquisition durant les Soldes d’hiver : ce manteau kaki aux manches cloutées. Achat coup de coeur, je ne l’avais pas repéré et n’avais pas spécialement besoin d’un énième manteau, mais je n’en avais pas en kaki…
J’ai profité de cette superbe coiffure (entièrement réalisée avec mes cheveux, merci), suite au petit déjeuner découverte au Café Madam, de la prochaine collection d’Adéli Paris. Mes headbands chéris, que vous avez déjà pu voir ici à plusieurs reprises. Faits main et en France, les créatrices imaginent 2 fois par an de nouveaux modèles ou des déclinaisons de leurs classiques intemporels, qui nous vont à toutes et sont hyper faciles à porter. Comme à chaque fois que j’ai la chance d’avoir un spécialiste à disposition, j’ai demandé à Benoit de faire ce qu’il voulait de mes cheveux. Le but était de finaliser la coiffure avec le headband de mon choix. Le Loubna Maille fut mon chouchou… Patience les filles, il arrive d’ici un mois ou deux en ligne sur leur site !
La résultat, mixé à des pois et du kaki vous plait? Vous portez des headbands, vous?

Very first acquisition made during the Sales : this khaki coa with studded sleeves. Huge immediate crush, I didn’t especially need another coat, but I didn’t had a khaki one, so…
I took advantage of this beautiful hairstyle (made entirely with my hair, thank you), following the discovery breakfast at Café Madam, of the next collection by Adéli Paris. My dear headbands that you’ve already seen here several times. Handmade and in France, the creators imagine 2 times per year some new models or versions of their timeless classics, which suits us perfectly and are super easy to wear. As you may know, whenever I have the chance to have a specialist available, I asked Benoit to do what he wanted with my hair. The goal was to finalizing the hairstyle with the headband of my choice. The Stitch Loubna was my favorite… Patience girls, it arrives within a month or two on their website !
What do you guys think about the result, with polka dots mixed with khaki ? Do you wear headbands ?

Hop, hop : des photos « fond de tiroir » en attendant la suite des réjouissance et pour vous faire patienter.
Je suis rentrée de ces 3 jours et demi passés à Florence, entourée de blogueuses internationales « so famous », à porter de sublimes vêtements de luxe et des accessoires de créateurs canons à l’occasion de la 6ème édition de Firenze4Ever. Promis je vous raconterai ce que c’est, ça en intrigue certaines de m’avoir vue côtoyer la crème des blogueuses mode (moi, là bas ??!)
Ce look tombe très bien, car j’ai dû boucler mon article précédent un peu en speed et j’avais totalement omis de préciser d’où venait ce superbe collier fait main avec amour par ma petite Justine, notre Poupée Rousse préférée. Heureuse d’avoir constaté que, même sans l’avoir écrit, beaucoup d’entre vous ont reconnu sa patte, son style, sa créativité, bref : sa marque.
Et puis, tant qu’à faire, on prend les mêmes boots Guess et on recommence : quand j’aime…

I came back from three days and a half in Florence, surrounded by really famous international bloggers, wearing sublime luxury clothing and designers accessories on the occasion of the 6th edition of Firenze4Ever. I promise I’ll tell you what it is, some of you were truly intrigued by seeing me with cream of fashion bloggers (me, there??!)
This look arrives at the perfect time, because I had to finish my previous article in a hurry and I completely failed to mention where this stunning necklace, handmade with love by my dear Justine, our favorite Poupée Rousse, came from. Happy to have found that, even without having written it, many of you have recognized her style, her creativity, her brand.
