Hier, j’ai reçu un mail d’Elise, réalisatrice qui travaille en équipe avec Pacal, notre photographe sur le shooting « Gossip Girls à Paris ».
Dans son mail, il y avait le lien de ce court-métrage.
Le dimanche de ce shooting, toute la matinée a été consacrée à cette vidéo.
J’ai découvert avec beaucoup d’émotion et de fierté ces images….J’en suis ravie, c’est ravissant, très poétique et doux.

Yesterday, I received a mail from Elise, director who works with Pascal, our photographer on the shooting » Gossip Girls in Paris « .
In the e-mail, there was a link of this short film.
On Sunday of this shooting, all morning was dedicated to this video.
I discovered with a lot of emotion and pride these images…I’m delighted, it’s charming, very poetic and sweet.

Gossip Girl à Paris – Making of

Toute la journée de dimanche a été consacrée à ce shooting.

Sur une idée de Laetitia, coiffeuse et maquilleuse durant son temps libre, et avec la participation de Bianca, fraîchement sortie de son stage de stylisme au magazine WAD, nous avons pris les poses à divers endroits de la capitale, Haleigh et moi.

C’est donc un choix délibéré de ma part de ne pas vous dévoiler les tenues que nous portions Haleigh et moi, afin de garder la surprise intacte. Encore plusieurs jours avant de pouvoir récupérer les superbes photos prises par Pascal, notre photographe du jour…j’en trépigne d’impatience !

Le but de ce shooting n’était pas de recopier les tenues de Serena et Blair, dans les épisodes tant attendus de la saison 4 (qui sont diffusés aujourd’hui même aux USA), mais de faire preuve de créativité à recréer nos propres looks, avec d’autres vêtements (nous n’avions pas de Moschino ou d’Oscar de la Renta sous la main…) en posant dans d’autres lieux que ceux choisis par l’équipe de Gossip Girl.

J’espère que cet aperçu piquera votre curiosité au vif, et que vous serez au rendez-vous pour découvrir nos photos de cette inoubliable journée !

All Sunday was dedicated to this shooting.
On Laetitia‘s idea, hairdresser and make-up during her spare time, and with the cooperation of Bianca, freshly taken out of her styling training course at WAD magazine, we struck pose in several places of the capital, Haleigh and I.
It is thus a deliberated choice from me not to reveal you the dresses that we wore Haleigh and I, to keep the intact surprise. We’ll have to wait several days before being able to get back the magnificent photos taken by Pascal, our day photographer I can’t wait !

The purpose of this shooting was not to copy out the dresses of Serena and Blair, in the episodes long-awaited of the season 4 (which are broadcasted this very day in the USA), but to show creativity to recreate our own looks, with the other clothes (we had no Moschino or no Oscar de la Renta in our closets) by posing in the other places which those choose by the team of Gossip Girl.
I hope that this look form the backstage will cut your curiosity in the deep, and that you’ll all be there to discover our photos of this unforgettable day!

Nina Ricci, le parfum, la soirée.

Il est toujours agréable de se voir proposer une invitation pour une soirée de ce genre.

Nina Ricci lance un nouveau parfum, baptisé ELIXIR, et c’est pour le promouvoir qu’une soirée et un petit concert privé d’une jeune chanteuse londonienne (qui incarne le nouveau visage de Nina) a eu lieu.
C’est donc accompagnée de ma meilleure amie Julie (blogueuse également) que nous nous sommes rendues à « l’Appart », appareils photos sous le bras, pour immortaliser cette soirée enchanteresse !

Ambiance rouge-rose, lumières tamisées et grosses pommes pour décorer : plongeon dans l’atmosphère sucrée et « Alice au pays des merveilles » du parfum…

It’s always pleasant to receive an invitation for that kind of evening.

Nina Ricci launches a new perfume, baptized ELIXIR, and it’s to promote it that an evening and a small private gig of a young British singer (which embodies Nina’s new face) took place.
Thus I went accompanied by my best friend Julie (bloger as well) that we went to » the Apartment « , cameras under the arm, to immortalize this charming evening!

Red-pink atmosphere, subdued lights and big apples to decorate : dive in the sweet atmosphere very » Alice in the wonderland » of the perfume…

Après un petit exposé de la campagne marketing pensée et élaborée par l’équipe Nina Ricci et des artistes indépendants, place au concert pop-rock très frais et punchy de la belle Florrie.
La chanson choisie pour illustrer le spot pub du parfum est Sunday Girl, de Blondie (repris par Florrie) très très sympa, frais et dansant! ♥

After a short brief about the marketing campaign, thought and elaborated by Nina Ricci’s staff and independants artists, the gig took place; A pop-rock style, really cool and dynamic, with the beautiful Florrie.
The song they have chosen to illustrate the tv ad, is Sunday Girl, by Blondie (Florrie’s version), really really nice, fresh and made for dancing ! ♥

Florrie est naturellement habillée et chaussée par Nina Ricci ♥

Je porte une robe H&M et des escarpins Zara, Julie une robe Paul&Joe sister et des bottes Ash.

La sublime flacon, en forme de pomme, très glamour…

Pour finir sur une note parfumée (hoho), cette nouvelle fragrance est définitivement sucrée, une note de tête très fruits rouges, une composition très florale fraîche et fruitée.

Le résultat est très gourmand, une vraie pomme d’amour fraîche.

J’aime !

To finish on a perfumed note (hoho ), this new fragrance is definitively sweetened, a headnote very red berries, a fresh and very fruity & floral composition.
The result is very greedy, a real cool toffee apple.

A picture an hour – A Friday in April

J’ai passé une superbe journée vendredi dernier. Le soleil brillait, mon copain et moi avons parcouru plusieurs km le long de la Coulée Verte en région parisienne, et la prochaine fois nous pousserons jusqu’au magnifique Parc de Sceaux.

I had a lovely day on Friday. Sun was shining, my boyfriend and I made several km along the Coulée Verte (bicycle road), near Paris, and next time we’ll go to the wonderful Parc de Sceaux.

9 A.M – Croissants and my bf grandma’s homemade apricot’s marmelade for breakfast!!
